Bright Minds is announcing vacancy of Senior Sales Assistant for our partner - International Distributor (electronics, computer, office equipment, toys).
Work description:
- Assisting with several daily tasks for Managers in Commercial Department.
- Monitoring partners (customers, shops) products prices and making the reports for the managers.
- Answering queries from customers.
- Dealing customer requests.
- Assisting products for making reports and statistics for the products
- Assisting Sales for making Sales reports.
- Assisting Sales for implementation of the ordering.
- Assisting Sales and Products to create files regarding customer offer.
- Assisting Sales and Products to search all information about the products and create the appropriate forms for it.
- Daily tasks regarding stock, offer, order files etc.
- Follow up company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- University degree in Business or related discipline.
- Experience in wholesale/Retail sales operations. (as a plus)
- Strong presentation, negotiation and influencing skills.
- Result oriented, well organized, discrete with strong sense of responsibility.
- Be fluent in both English and Russian. (English is priority)
- Very good computing skills (e-mail, MS Office).
