Technical manager with a specialization in engineering or similar previous work experience is required The specialist must have not only theoretical technical background and from the managerial point of view (giving instructions and assigning tasks), but also must be able to independently identify and fix minor problems in case of need.

Abilities/knowledge

Russian - mandatory English – consider as an advantage Excel – confident user.

Duties

Technical Manager bypasses the complex on a daily basis, monitors the operation and serviceability of all systems, fixes minor problems himself, promptly calls the proper specialists from the list of outsourcing technical support partners to fix the failure of some engineering devices. He will also have to be responsible for positive communication with the residents of the complex (company’s clients), receiving feed backs about the convenience of living in residential complex, about the quality of service company. He should create a good microclimate, embody the philosophy of the company, care and organize everything and everyone (both residents and team members) The specialist will be involved in the creation of a separate department, which in a future perspective he may head. For now, he will subordinate to the director of the company and under his management will be reception/concierge, cleaning service and etc. He will assign the responsibilities of the team, work schedules, participate in the development of procedures, in budgeting, etc. He should know the amount of costs, monitor the market to identify competitive prices for services and goods (for example, household chemicals and everything necessary for the complex), search for and reach agreements with suppliers of these goods, draw up/amend contracts (according to existing drafts). He should also control supply and stock (warehouse).

Working schedule

Full time - 40 hours per week
