Bright Minds is announcing vacancy of Service Administrator for our partner - International Distributor (electronics, computer, office equipment, toys).

 

Work description:

 

  • Managing of service defected products collect, manage sorting, and gather all information regarding each of item
  • Monitoring and implementing all items with ERP system
  • Answering queries from customers.
  • Dealing customer requests about service items
  • Communicate with direct managers for the service issues
  • Communicate with service companies regarding the goods
  • Making reports and statistics for the direct manager about all items
  • Making reports and all information direct to the accountant department
  • Assisting direct manager to search all information about the products and create the appropriate forms for it, search best solutions to prevent future service issues.
  • Assisting direct manager to search the ways with service companies about damaged products future solutions
  • Follow up company policies and procedures.

 

Requirements:

 

  • University degree
  • Experience in wholesale/Retail Service offices operations. (As a plus)
  • Strong presentation, negotiation and influencing skills.
  • Result oriented, well organized, discrete with strong sense of responsibility.
  • Be fluent in both English and Russian. (English is priority)
  • Very good computing skills (e-mail, MS Office).
