Field of activity

The company automates customer support through customer recorded videos, using AI and a no-code solution to automate repetitive tasks for customer support agents. Their customers are are hardware companies, that sell pshysicall products. 

Open positions

Backend engineer - Requirements: Experience with NodeJS, good knowledge of computer science fundamentals (algorithms and data structures).

Machine Learning Engineer - Requirements: Experience creating machine learning models for computer vision tasks, M.S. or Ph.D. preferred (or equivalent experience acceptable). Experience training and deploying models in production is a plus. Knowledge of Python.
